I went out of town for a long weekend, and while out there my peripheral Twitter psyche picked up on chatter about “avocado toast” and home mortgages.
I had to look up what they were talking about on the way home. The New York Times has a good rundown of why this was trending, but it doesn’t really explain what avocado toast really is. This recipe is the first I found online and I’m thinking of trying it.
Thankfully I already own a home.
